BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 839

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 13 NOVEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANTUKAN, PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY

WHEREAS, on 13 November 2019, Wednesday, the Municipality of Pantukan, Province of Compostela Valley, will mark the celebration of its 82™ Founding Anniversary and the 17" PASAKA Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pantukan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in these occasions with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 13 November 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pantukan, Province of Compostela Valley.
