WHEREAS, under Froclamation No. 2204, dated June 5, 1982, a parcel of land within the Biek-na-Bato National Park at Dofia Remedios Trinidad, Bulacan comprising an area of 330.3062 hectares was excluded from the aforesaid Natiohol Park reservation and awarded to Roseroor Mining and Development Cor»orntion for the development, exploitation and utilization of the minerals therein, subject to existing policies, laws, rules and reyulations pertinent thereto; .

WHEREAS, the award to Rosemoor Mining and Development Corporation uncer Proclamation No. 2204 denominated as Quarry License No.- 33 dated 4urgust 3, 1982, is a patent violation of the then, and presently, exis- ting policy of the Government to limit quarry licenses or permits to cover only an area of not more than one hundred (100) hectares in any one province as provided for in Section 69, Chapter XIII of Fresidential Decree No. 463, as amented;

WHEREAS, it is in the public interest that the parcel of land exclu- ded by Proclamation No. 2204 be reverted to its former status to form part of the National Park;

Upon the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resorces and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORaZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke bkroclamaition No. 2204 cated June 5s 1982, which excluded a parcel of land from the operation of Proclamation No. 223 dated November 16, 1937 and awarded the development, exploitation and utilization of the minerals therein to Rosemoor Nininy: and Develop- ment Corporation, and revert the same to its former status to form part of the National Park, and which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a point marked "4" (15°07 45", 121°04 4511) on Plan of mining claims AQL-924 to sQL-927 corresponding to Permit to Prospect No. 566-73151 inside Diak-na-3Bato National Fark at Dofa kemedios Trinidad (formerly San Miguel), Bulacan;
