MALACANANJtI Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES e4 PROCLAMATION NO ESTABLISHING AS MOUNT MASARAGA WATERSHED FOREST RESERVE FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROTECTION, MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF ITS WATER YIELD AND TO PROVIDE RESTRAINING MECHANISM FOR INAPPROPRIATE FOREST EXPLOITATION AND DISRUPTIVE LAND-USE, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF POLANGUI, OAS, LIGAO AND TABACO, PROVINCE OF ALBAY, ISLAND OF LUZON Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources arid pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V.
