BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 84

DECLARING FRIDAY, 9 DECEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAAL, BATANGAS

WHEREAS, on Friday, 9 December 2016, the Municipality of Taal, Batangas marks the celebration of the Taal Trade and Cultural Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Taal, Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 9 December 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Taal, Batangas.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
