REORGANIZING THE NATIONAL COMMITTEE ON EDUCATION FOR ALL ‘CREATED UNDER PROCLAMATION NO. 480, DATED OCTOBER 16, 1989 r

I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the:Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby re- organize the National Committee on Education for All created under Proclamation No. 480, dated October 16, 1989, by de- signating the Director-General of the National Economic. and Development Authority as Co-Chairman, and including the Governor of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao and the heads of the Office of Northern Clltural Communities, Office of Southern Cultural Communities, and the Office of Muslim Affairs as additional Members, of said National Committee.
This Proclamation shall take effect immediately. ; ‘ IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
