DECLARING THURSDAY, MAY 19, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON- IGRKING) DAY IN BUTUAN CITY

WHEREAS, the City of Butuan celebrates its annual fiesta on Thursday, May 19, 2005;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of: Butuan be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, May 19, 2005, as special (non-working) day in Butuan City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
