PROCLAMATION NO. 841

DECLARING TUESDAY, 12 NOVEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUMACA, PROVINCE OF QUEZON

WHEREAS, on 12 November 2019, Tuesday, the Municipality of Gumaca, Province of Quezon, will mark its 437" Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Gumaca be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 12 November 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Gumaca, Province of Quezon.
