PROCLAMATION NO. 842

RESERVING FOR NATIONAL SHRINE PURPOSES TO BE KNOWN AS "CAPAS NATIONAL SHRINE" A CERTAIN PORTION OF CLARK AIR BASE MILITARY RESERVATION LOCATED IN THE MUNICI- PALITY OF CAPAS, PROVINCE OF TARLAC, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, |, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve for national shrine purposes to be known as the "Capas National Shrine" under the administration of the Philippine Veterans Affairs Office, Department of National Defense, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future survey and classification, a portion of land covered by the Clark Air Base Military Reservation situated in the Province of Tarlac, Island of Luzon,which is more particularly described, to wit:

A PARCEL OF LAND (being a portion of Zone "B" of the Clark Air Base Military Reservation as shown on the attached sketch plan) jocated at Barangay Aranguren, Capas, Tarlac, bounded on East along lines 1-2 by Lot No. 1902 Cad. No. 615-D (Psu-43293, Lot-3); on the South along lines 2-3 by portion of reservation (Psu- 2724); on the West along lines 3-4 by portion of the reservation (Psu-2724); on the North along lines 4-5-6-7-8-9-1 by the Provincial Road. Beginning at a point marked "1", being N. 82 deg. 55' W.,
