DESIGNATING THE HDMF-WTCI INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY TOWER, WHICH STANDS ON A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT MINDANAO AVENUE, CEBU BUSINESS PARK, CEBU CITY, AS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY BUILDING PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by Republic Act No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby designate as Information Technology Building, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolutions . No. 00-411 and 04-221 dated 29 December 2000 and 13 July 2004, respectively, of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), the HDMF-WTCI Information Technology Tower, which stands on a parcel of land located at Mindanao Avenue, Cebu Business Park, Cebu City, containing an aggregate area of Two Thousand Two Hundred Forty Seven (2,247) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical descriptions:

Lot 1, Block 3 Psd-07-021224 TCT No. 118654

A parcel of land (Lot 1 Block 3 of the subdivision plan, Psd-07-021224, being a portion of Lot 4, Pcs-07-001170), situated in Barangay Mabolo, Cebu City, Island of Cebu. Bounded on the SW., along lines 1-2-3-4-5- 6-7-8-9 by Road Lot 3; on the NW., along lines 9-10-11-12-13-14-15 by Lot 6, Block 3; on the NE., and NW., along lines 15-16-17 by Lot 2, Block 4; on the NE., along lines 17-18 by Road Lot 5; along lines 18-1 by Lot 2, Block 3, all of the subdivision plan.

Arjona on October 21 - November 8, 1988 and March 20 — April 30, 1990 and was approved on September 7, 1990.
