BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 843

DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM DECEMBER 9 TO 15, 1991, AS FILIPINO ENTREPRENEURS WEEK

WHEREAS, the Filipino entrepreneur is a primemover, re- solved in gearing our economy to recovery and stability;

WHEREAS, the Filipino entrepreneur is a businessman and a responsible citizen concerned of his community's and country's well-being;

WHEREAS, it is desirable that the important role played by the Filipino entrepreneur in the rebuilding of our economy and nation be brought to the attention of the people;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the period from December 9 to 15, 1991, as Filipino Entrepreneurs Week.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and

caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
