BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 844

DECLARING FRIDAY, DECEMBER 14, 1991, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ARINGAY, PROVINCE OF LA UNION

WHEREAS, Friday, December 13, 1991, marks the 250th

Foundation Anniversary of the liunicipality of Aringay, Pro- vince of La Union;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the Nunici- pality of Aringay, Province of La Union,be given full oppor- tunity to celebrate this milestone in their municipality's history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON ©. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27 of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Friday, December 13, 1991, as a special day in the Municipality of Aringay, Province of la Union.
