PROCLAMATION NO. 844

DECLARING FRIDAY, 25 APRIL 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TARLAC, PROVINCE OF TARLAC

WHEREAS, the City of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac will mark the celebration of its 27" Charter Anniversary on 19 April 2025, which falls on Black Saturday;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Tarlac to fully participate in the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that 25 April 2025, Friday, be declared as a special (non-working) day in lieu of 19 April 2025;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tarlac be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 25 April 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac.
