DECLARING AS CIVIL RESERVATION FOR SUB-CAPITOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARANGAY BANGAG, MUNICIPALITY OF LALLO, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby declare as civil reservation for sub-capitol site purposes of the Province of Cagayan, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated at Barangay Bangag, Municipality of Lallo, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon, containing an area of Two Hundred Thirty Four Thousand Eight Hundred Eleven (234,811) square meters, more or less, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

Bounded on the E., & NW., along lines 1-2-3, both by Bangag Elementary School; on the NE., along line 3-4 by National Highway; on the E., along line 4-5 by public land; on the SE., along - lines 5-6-7 both by Forest Zone; and in the SW., and NW., along lines 7-8-1 both by Forest Zone.
