PROCLAMATION NO. 848

AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 687, S. 1960, WHICH RESERVED LOTS 1, 2; AND 3, UNDER TOT NOS. 34696, 34697 AND 34698, RESPECTIVELY, REGISTERED IN THE NAME OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES, SITUATED ALONG J. POSADAS JR. ROAD, PUNTA, STA. ANA, MANILA, POR RELOCATION SITES OF INDIGENT SQUATTERS, FLOOD VICTIMS AND OTHER INDIGENTS OF GREATER MANILA

By virtue of the powcrs vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, Upon recommendation of the Department of Social Welfare and Development and the Nationai Housing Authority, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 687, S. 1960, by transfer-— ring the administration an disposition of Lots 1, 2 and 3 under TcT Nos. 34694, 34697 and 34698, respectively, registered in the name of the Republic of the Philippines, situated along J. Posadas Ur. Read, Punta, Sti. Ana, Manila, for relocation Sites of the squatters, flood victims and other indigents of Greater Manila, from the then Social Welfare Acministration (now Department of Social Welfare and Develop- ment} to the National Housing Authority; PROVIDED, That the beneficiaries should quaiify as belonging to the class of persons for whan the lots

Were originally meant, to be determined by the Department of Social Welfare vind Development.
