PROCLAMATION NO. 848

DECLARING FRIDAY, 22 NOVEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PALAYAN, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA

WHEREAS, on 22 November 2019, Friday, the City of Palayan, Province of Nueva Ecija, will mark the celebration of its Annual Thanksgiving Day for a bountiful harvest; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Palayan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 22 November 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Palayan, Province of Nueva Ecija.
