BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 849

DECLARING THURSDAY, 05 DECEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PALAYAN, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECLJA

WHEREAS, on 05 December 2019, Thursday, the City of Palayan, Province of Nueva Ecija, will mark the celebration of its 54°" Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Palayan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, , SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 05 December 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Palayan, Province of Nueva Ecija.
