BpscLARING MONDAY, MARCH 16, 1987, AS A NON-WORKING SPECIAL _ PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN DAVAO CITY.
WHEREAS, Monday, March 16, 1987, marks the Golden panniversaPy of the founding of Davao City; and
: WHEREAS, the residents of the City should be afforded “an opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their City's history with appropriate ceremonies;
‘ NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of Bthe Philippines, do hereby declare Monday, March 16, 1987, Mas a non-working special public holiday in Davao City.
