BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 85

DECLARING FRIDAY, 16 DECEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CALATAGAN, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, Friday, 16 December 2016, marks the Founding Anniversary of the Municipality of Calatagan, Province of Batangas;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Calatagan, Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 16 December 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Calatagan, Province of Batangas.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
