DECLARING TUESDAY, 22 NOVEMBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PALAYAN, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA

WHEREAS, on 22 November 2022, Tuesday, the City of Palayan, Province of Nueva Ecija, will mark the celebration of its Annual Thanksgiving Day for a bountiful harvest;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Palayan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 22 November 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Palayan, Province of Nueva Ecija.
