PROCLAMATION NO. 550

DECLARING FRIDAY, JANUARY 31, 1992, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN NASUGBU, BATANGAS

WEERBAS, Priday, January 31, 1992, marks the 47th anniversary of the liberation of the town of Nasugbu,

Batangas, from the Japanese occupation forces of World War II;

WHEREAS, the people of Nasugbu, Batangas, should be given the opportunity to commemorate the occasion with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUING, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, Go hereby declare Friday, January 31, 1992, as a special day in Nasugbu, Batangas.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and

caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines te be affixed.
