BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 850

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT CAPITOL COMPLEX, CADLAN, PILI, CAMARINES SUR, AS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PARK PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748 _ Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916,

otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by

Republic Act No. 8748 (An Act Amending Republic Act 7916, otherwise known as

the “Special Economic Zone Act of 1995”) arid upon recommendation of the

Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA

MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and

designate, ‘subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its

Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29

December 2000 as amended by Resolution No. 04-295 dated 20 September 2004

and Resolution No. 05-055 dated C4 March 2005, of the Board of Directors of the

Philippine Economic Zone Authority, an area located at Capitol Complex, Cadlan,

Pili, Camarines Sur, as Information Technology Park, consisting of Fifty Eight

Thousand Two Hundred Fourteen (58,214.00) Square Meters, more or

less, as defined by the following technical description:

Lot H-2-C ’ TCT No. 7962

A parcel of land (Lot H-2-C, of the subdivision plan (LRC) Psd-278269, approved as a non-subdivision project, being a portion of Lot H-2, described on plan (LRC) Psd-107284, LRC Record No. 19719), situated in the Barrio of Cadlan, Municipality of Pili, Province of Camarines Sur, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE., points 1 to 3 by Lot 1-B-2-C-1, (LRC) Psd -60644; on the SE., SW., E., and NE., points 3 to 9 by Lot H-2-B, of the subdivision plan; on the SE., and SW., points 9 to 14 by Pognol Creek; on the W., points 14 to 15 by Lot H- 2- D; and on the SW., points 15 to 1 by Lot H-2-E, both of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being S. 16 deg. 57’'W., 1666.67 m. from B.L.L.M. No 1, Barrio of Palestina, Pili, Camarines Sur.
