DECLARING FRIDAY, 29 AUGUST 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY CF ISULAN, PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT

WHEREAS, the. Municipality of Isulan, Province of Sultan Kudarat marks the 57"" Foundation. Day anniversary and the 3% Hamungaya Festival on 30 August 2014; “s

WHEREAS, in order for the people of the Municipality of Isulan, Sultan Kudarat to participate in the occasion, the Office of tne Mayor requested that Friday, 29 August 2014 instead of 30 August 2014, whicn falls on a Saturday, be declared as a special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Friday, 29 August 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality Isulan, Province of Sultan Kudarat.
