PROCLAMATION NO. 851

DECLARING FRIDAY, 22 NOVEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BENGUET

WHEREAS, the Province of Benguet will mark the celebration of its 119" Founding Anniversary on 23 November 2019;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Province of Benguet to celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Governor requested that Friday, 22 November 2019, be declared a special (non-working) day in lieu of 23 November 2019, which falls on a Saturday; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Benguet be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 22 November 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Benguet.
