PROCLAMATION NO. 851

DECLARING MONDAY, 05 MAY 2025, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KAPANGAN, PROVINCE OF BENGUET

WHEREAS, on 05 May 2025, Monday, the Municipality of Kapangan, Province of Benguet will commemorate the birth anniversary of Governor Bado Dangwa;

WHEREAS, Bado Dangwa was born in Kapangan, Benguet on 05 May 1905, served as First Lieutenant and Major in the Philippine Army during the Second World War, and as governor of Benguet from 1953 to 1963;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of

Kapangan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday,

05 May 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Kapangan, Province of Benguet.
