BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.852

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 17 SEPTEMBER 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LOS BANOS, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, ‘Wednesday, 17 September 2014, marks the 399" Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Los Bafios, Laguna;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Municipality of Los Banos, Laguna the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare 17 September 2014, as a special non- working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. CCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Wednesday, 17 September 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Los Bafios, Laguna.
