BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 853
DECLARING MONDAY, JUNE 20, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF COTABATO
WHEREAS, Monday, June 20, 2005, marks the 46” Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Cotabato;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cotabato be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s | history with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, June 20, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the City of Cotabato.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
