BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 853

DECLARING SATURDAY, 27 SEPTEMBER 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALVAR, BATANGAS

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Malvar, Batarigas marks the 149" birth anniversary of Generl, Miguel Malvar on Saturday, 27 September 2014;

WHEREAS, it is but: fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Malvar, Batangas be given full Opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. GCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Saturday, 27 September 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Malvar, Batangas.
