DECLARING TGE PERIOD FROM MARCH 22 TO 26, 1992, AS PHILIPPINE ROTARY WEEK

WHEREAS, the Retary International District 3810 - Philip- pines will hold its Annual District Conference in Manila on March 26 to 28, 1992;

WHEREAS, Rotary International District 3810 will also host the 4th Rotary Goodwill Congress in Asia, which will be attended by Retarians from the neighbor countries of the Philippines on March 24 to 25, 1992:

WHEREAS, it is desirable to set aside a week to focus national attention to the various programs and projects of the Rotary for the poor, including its thrusts to promote and initiate various peace and environmental projects;

NGW, THEREFORE, L, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the period from March 22 to 28, 199%, as Philippine Retary Week.
