BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 8924

DECLARING TUESDAY, 30 SEPTEMBER 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MASBATE

WHEREAS, Tuesday, 30 September 2014, marks the 14" Cityhodd Anniversary of the Cit.of Masbate;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the City of Masbate the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare 30 September 2014, as a special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. GCHOA JSR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Tuesday, 30 September 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Masbate.
