PROCLAMATION NO. 854

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 27 NOVEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BURGOS, PROVINCE OF LA UNION

WHEREAS, on 27 November 2019, Wednesday, the Municipality of Burgos, Province of La Union, will mark the celebration of its 94°" Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Burgos be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 27 November 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Burgos, Province of La Union.
