PROCLAMATION NO. 854

DECLARING TUESDAY, 20 MAY 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF UYUGAN, PROVINCE OF BATANES

WHEREAS, on 20 May 2025, Tuesday, the Municipality of Uyugan, Province of Batanes will mark the celebration of its Foundation Day;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Uyugan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 20 May 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Uyugan, Province of Batanes.
