DECLARING TUESDAY, 9 SEPTEMBER 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BAIS

WHEREAS, Tuesday, 9 September 2014, marks the 46" Charter Day anniversary of the Chty of Bais;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the City of Bais the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare 9 September 2014, as a special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO* N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Tuesday, 9 September 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Bais.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
