BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 855

DECLARING FRIDAY, 06 DECEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF M’LANG, PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, on 06 December 2019, Friday, the Municipality of M’lang, Province of Cotabato, will mark the celebration of the Kawayanan Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Milang, be given full opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 06 December 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of M’lang, Province of Cotabato.
