PROCLAMATION NO. 855

DECLARING SATURDAY, 26 APRIL 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF RIZAL, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN

WHEREAS, on 26 April 2025, Saturday, the Municipality of Rizal, Province of Cagayan will mark the celebration of its Foundation Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Rizal be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 26 April 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Rizal, Province of Cagayan.
