DECLARING MONDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 1992, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN CABANATUAN CITY.
WHEREAS, Monday, February 3, 1992, marks the 42nd Foundation Anniversary of Cabanatuan City;
WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of Cabanatuan City be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their citys history with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Monday, February 3, 1992, as a special day in Cabanatuan City.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
