BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 856

DECLARING TUESDAY, 10 DECEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MEYCAUAYAN, PROVINCE OF BULACAN

WHEREAS, on 10 December 2019, Tuesday, the City of Meycauayan, Province of Bulacan, will mark the celebration of its Araw ng Lungsod ng Meycauayan; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Meycauayan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 10 December 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Meycauayan, Province of Bulacan.
