DECLARING THURSDAY, 4 SEPTEMBER 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON-

WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MONKAYO, PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Monka Valley, marks the celebration of its Foundation 4 September 2014;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Monkayo, Compostela Valléy be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Thursday, 4 September 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Monkayo, Province of Compostela Valley.
