BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 858

DECLARING MONDAY, 16 DECEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALVAR, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, on 16 December 2019, Monday, the Municipality of Malvar, Province of Batangas, will mark the celebration of its 101°! Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Malvar be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 16 December 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Malvar, Province of Batangas.
