BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 858

DECLARING MONDAY, 21 APRIL 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NATONIN, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE

WHEREAS, on 21 April 2025, Monday, the Municipality of Natonin, Mountain Province will celebrate the First Sas-alliwa Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Natonin be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 21 April 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Natonin, Mountain Province.
