DECLARING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 1992, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN ZAMBOANGA CITY
WHEREAS, Wednesday, February 44, 1992, marks the 55th Foundation Anniversary of Zamboanga City;
WHEREAS, it is fatting that the people of éZarnjiboanga City be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city's history with appropriate ceremoni«s;
NOW, THEREFORE, |, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Wednesday, February 26, 1992, as a special day in tamboanga City.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hérvunto set my hind and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippinrns to be affixed.
