DECLARING TUESDAY, 16 SEPTEMBER 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON-

WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BONTOC, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE ~

WHEREAS, Tuesday, 16 September 2014, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province, the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the

occasion, it is but fitting and proper to detlare 16 September 2014 as a special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Tuesday, 16 September 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province.
