BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 859

DECLARING MONDAY, 23 DECEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SINDANGAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, on 23 December 2019, Monday, the Municipality of Sindangan, Province of Zamboanga del Norte, will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Sindangan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 23 December 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Sindangan, Province of Zamboanga del Norte.
