Pinatubo by providing them with suitable resettlement and livelihood areas conducive to their economic recovery, and upon recommendation of te Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and the Presidential Task Force created under Memorandum Order No. 369, dated June 26, 1991, and by the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve for resettle- ment and livelihood purposes, subject to private rights if any, and to future classification and survey, a certain parcels of land of the public domain situated in the Barangays of Taugtog and San Juan, Municipality of Botolan, Province of Zambales, Island of Luzon and more particularly described as follows: PARCEL 1 A PARCEL OF LAND (being a portion of Lot 1690, BotolanCad. 6l4-D, as shown in the attached Sketch Plan) situated in Barangay Taugtog, Municipality of Botolan, Province of Zambales, Island of Luzon. The lots within this Proclamation shall be disposed of through stewardship contract under the Integrated Social /l ~ 3 Forestry Program inasmuch as the area is presently classi- fied as forest zone, subject to appropriate modes of dis- position under the Public Land Law, as amended, should there be a reclassification later.
