BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.86

DECLARING FRIDAY, 23 DECEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SINDANGAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Sindangan was organized into a municipality on 23 December 1936 by virtue of Executive Order No. 77;

WHEREAS, Friday, 23 December 2016, marks the Foundation Anniversary of the Municipality of Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 23 December 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte.
