DECLARING MONDAY, JUNE 20, 2005 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DAGUPAN

WHEREAS, Monday, June 20, 2005, marks the 58" Charter Day anniversary of the City of Dagupan;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Dagupan be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, June 20, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the City of Dagupan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
