BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 860

DECLARING THURSDAY, 18 SEPTEMBER 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR

WHEREAS, Thursday, 18 September 2014, marks the commemoration of the Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Zamboanga del Sur:

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Province of Zamboanga del Sur the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, it is but

fitting and proper to declare 18 September.2014, as a special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Thursday, 18 September 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Zamboanga del Sur.
