BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 860

DECLARING MONDAY, 23 DECEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BAYAWAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on 23 December 2019, Monday, the City of Bayawan, Province of Negros Oriental, will mark the celebration of its 19"" Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bayawan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 23 December 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Bayawan, Province of Negros Oriental.
