DECLARING THURSDAY, 18 SEPTEMBER 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON- ‘ WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TACURONG

WHEREAS, the City of Tacurong marks its 13" Cityhood Anniversary on Thursday, 18 September 2014, dubbed as “Talakudong Festival 2014,”

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tacurong be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. >

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do

hereby declare Thursday, 18 September 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Tacurong.
