PROCLAMATION NO. 842

DECLARING MONDAY, MARCH 9, 1992, AS A SPECIAL DAY 1N THE PROVINCE OF ABRA

WHEREAS, Monday, March 9, 1992, marks the 7%th Charter Anniversary of the Province of Abra;

WHEREAS, the people of the Province of Abra should be given full opportunity to celebrate with fitting ceremenies this milestone in their province's history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section #7, of the Administrative Codec of 1987, do hereby declare Monday, March 9, 1992, as a special day in the Prevince of Abra.

IN WITNESS WHERWOF, I have hereunto set my hand and

caused the seal of the Républic of the Philippines to be affixed.
