PROCLAMATION NO. 362

DECLARING MONDAY, JUNE 20, 2005, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LIPA

WHEREAS, the City of Lipa was made a chartered city on June 20, 1947, by virtue of Republic Act No. 162;

WHEREAS, Monday, June 20, 2005, marks the 58" foundation anniversary of the City of Lipa;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lipa . be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, June 20, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the City of Lipa.
